Like so many, my path has been shaped by pain and transformation. From navigating childhood trauma and my parents’ divorce to experiencing sexual assault and the emotional chaos that followed, I’ve walked through deep shadows.
Whether through vocal toning, journaling, or lying on the earth with my hand on my heart, sound has been my way back to myself.
In recent years, I also moved through the deepest grief I’ve ever known—losing several beloved souls in a short span of time. That grief shattered me open. But in its rawness, it revealed the depth of love that had always been there. It reminded me that healing isn’t always about getting better—it’s about getting honest. Allowing heartbreak to be witnessed. Letting music and silence hold what words can’t.
I’ve now held space for hundreds of people—many of them women—in settings ranging from private sessions and retreats to community circles and healing workshops. I’ve worked in women’s centers supporting those navigating domestic violence, addiction, and mental health challenges, always with the same intention: to create safe, grounded spaces for people to come home to themselves.
To me, “spirituality” doesn’t mean pretending to be perfect or performing rituals. It means showing up—messy, real, laughing one minute and crying the next. It means gathering together without pretense and remembering that healing can also feel joyful, playful, and wildly human.
I created this space because I know what it’s like to feel lost and overwhelmed by wellness trends and external advice. And I also know how empowering it is to remember that your body already knows the way.
Through sound, education, and simple nourishing practices, I’m here to help you listen—to your voice, your rhythm, and your truth.

Years in Private Practice
Before diving into nutrition and sound, I earned a BS in Cultural Anthropology with a minor in Medical Anthropology at CSU Chico and Charles University in Prague. Those studies opened my eyes to how culture, food, and ritual shape our health — and planted the seeds for everything I do today.
I became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College in 2016 and later a Balanced Bites Practitioner under Diane Sanfilippo. These studies grounded my philosophy that food is information — and that healing begins with simplicity and mineral-rich nourishment.
After years of curiosity, I followed my passion for vibration and became a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2) through the Sound Healing Academy in 2019. Later, I deepened my studies with Voice Analysis Harmony and Brainwave Assessment + Chakra Balancing trainings at the Globe Sound Healing Institute in Sausalito.
